I am Jeroen Peter Tjebbo van der Gun, postdoctoral researcher for SP6 of the STAD project at the Transport & Planning department of TU Delft. I got both my bachelor and master degree in Civil Engineering at TU Delft, the latter with the Transport & Planning track. After my study, I continued there doing my PhD research on Multimodal Transportation Simulation for Emergencies using the Link Transmission Model. My research has always focused on transportation model development and will continue to do so within the STAD project, in order to build and apply an integrated model for the spatial and transport impacts of automated driving.
Outside of university, I work part-time as a traffic engineering software developer for Fileradar B.V.
