Reanne Boersma is a researcher at the TU Delft and the University of Applied Sciences of Rotterdam. In the SURF STAD project she will be working on work package 7 ‘Case studies and demonstrators’. Reanne recently graduated Bachelor of Laws at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences and wrote a thesis about the liability for road authorities in regards to self-driving vehicles.
